I have finished reviewing the top 3 of each W game - check the confirmation log and/or the UP part of the uploads link to see what occured. {GB9}

This is the final update - all that's left is the players to decide it - I wish everyone the best of luck!

I just did that as an excuse to post the rules page link on the news page as players requested... but it's still a good page! {GB9}
You know... I think the NedStat statistics have become very unstable in the past couple weeks... I have no clue as to how many hits the MARP is... so for the time being you should take a look at this file... I think it's better because you get to see the nitty-gritty :) {GB9}
Changed the rules page - Added two links contained inside the rules page - both related to banned techniques. {GB9}
Lagavulin has created an MARP Voting Booth for everyone's use - test it out, and tell us what you think :) BTW... I've fixed the link in the dropdown menu - it was reading it as poll.htm, not poll.html as I wanted... {GB9}

Well you know something? We missed MARP's Second Anniversary! Shame! I think it started about January of '98.(maybe someone can give us an exact date on that) The first news item though was February 2nd, 2000... either way we missed it! Oh well... happy belated birthday MARP! {GB9}
Tournament Leaderboard enhancement: Added percentage of perfect, placed next to the average score for recordings. Percentage of perfect = (Player's score / (Number of Players * 10)) {GB9}
Regulation Leaderboard enhancement: the average of the recordings is now in tenths of a point instead of whole points. E.G. I have 8,539 points, divided by 348 recordings and the page will post an average of 24.5, not 25 like it used to. {GB9}

Uploaded a new MAME 35 TG 3 - this time the B version - because the old one came out corrupt for some reason... {GB9}
Crash is starting a player profiles page for the MARP - if you'd like to bring in a picture, favorite games, and the like, contact Crash. {GB9}
And our third tournament is underway! We have seven judges standing by taking your recordings. The tournament ends on March 31st, 2359 GMT, and you must use MAME 35 TG 3 at all times! {GB9}
Ben Jos has disqualified some joustr and joustwr recordings for using the banned technique of pterodactyl hunting. While I'm at it, I'll note that I disqualified some gng and clones recordings for points leeching, a number of sega games for recording in the incorrect version(MAME 33 beta 4! Always!), and changed the scoring to the overtop games via a 2 - 1 vote between the competitors of the game at the time.(If I'm not mistaken) {GB9}
The time has run out on the autofire vote. The motion was to ban autofire from the MARP. The votes are 21 for the motion, 6 against the motion(although I got 22 1/2 - 5 1/2... but who cares?!), and the motion is agreed to. Autofire will now and forever be banned from MARP. This has been one of the most voted on controversies in MARP history, and I'm sure the entire MARP community appreciated every vote. {GB9}

I have uploaded tons of MAME32 versions, from 31 final to 36 beta 10. Some betas are missing... but it's a start! Oh yeah... uploaded UPX 0.93 as well. {GB9}
I thank Crash for the effort of giving me credit in recovering the server, but the real credit goes to Atila of retrogames.com, the site which hosts MARP. Because of him, we can begin the MARP tournament as scheduled! Thanks a million Atila! {GB9}
Updated the old versions page uploading MAME 36 betas 1 - 13. {GB9}
With this in mind, I don't know how I did it... me having no knowledge of python scripts, but I got it - MARP Tournament 3 scripts are ready for use!!! Only thing is... I get T2 when I login directly. So you should log in to the regular site, then click the tournament link, or log in directly, and hit the refresh button. That will get you to the T3 script. Why? I don't know... help? {GB9}
In case anyone is wondering, Gameboy9 is able to update the page - and will now indicate his updates as such: {GB9}
