Cheeky Mouse is a game from Universal, released in 1980.

I've modified the Cosmic Monsters MAME driver to get it working in MAME. You'll notice the digits where there should be graphics - well - I'm not sure exactly how the graphics work - there's a nasty looking beasty as well as the cutesy meeces, but I didn't sort him out yet.
